Middle Fork Road Closure, March 23 to ?
Just a heads up - the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Road in North Bend will be closed to hikers, mountain bike riders, vehicles - everyone as King County works on the road. The road is and will be closed just beyond the Mailbox Peak trailhead. This closure includes weekends. You can still get to the Mailbox Peak trailhead.

OH! I'm going snow shoeing here tomorrow - just in time. I'm hoping there is snow :) Do you know? Anne
I'd expect you'd run into some, probably not a lot. I was on Little Si yesteray and the trail was snowfree. You'd have a better chance of snow if you hiked up the Granite Creek road instead of the Middle Fork Road (it's the gated road just a little bit past the Mailbox Peak trailhead). There might have been some landslides on that road, too, so be alert.
